2 bedrooms (1st floor double & 2nd floor queen),
2 full bathrooms (1st floor with a Jacuzzi and shower;
2nd floor with tub and shower), big living and dining
area, kitchen, porch, laundry-storage room and spacious
roof top terrace with a nice view of the Salina
Grande (lake) and Caribbean Sea.
The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, bedroom
with a queen bed, full bathroom and large terrace.
The property is adjacent to the lake where you can
see herons, egrets and other native birds.
Other amenities include wireless internet connection,
TV, A/C in bedrooms and ceiling fans in all rooms.
The very private and enclosed backyard of the house
has a patio in a beautiful tropical garden with
coconut, banana and lime trees. You can see the
lake while resting in the hammock. |

The property is a 2 minute
walk to the Caribbean ocean where you can see a
glorious sunrise and walk the long stretch of sandy/rocky
beach looking for shells and sea glass. This house
is a short golf cart ride to the popular North Beach,
a swimming and sunbathing oasis. Bus service or
taxis make any part of the island easily accessible.
Casa Laguna is located near small family-owned
shops, fruit and vegetable markets, restaurants
including the famous ballpark taqueria, a bakery,
internet centers, basketball court, soccer and baseball
field, jogging track and promenade around the lake
where local families stroll at sunset. |
